Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving course equips students with essential skills for navigating the complex business landscape. Topics covered include critical attributes of strategic thinkers, problem-solving frameworks, analytical tools (such as PESTEL, SWOT, McKinsey 7S, and BCG Matrix), and real-world case studies. Students learn to define problems accurately, gather data, generate solutions, and evaluate actions. They explore marketing mix strategies and the alignment of organizational elements. By course completion, students gain a strong foundation in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making, enabling them to analyze business situations effectively and make informed strategic choices.
